Returns & refunds
Changed your mind? That’s fine. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item: unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
How to return
The fastest way is our return portal: Start your return here. Enter your order number, pick the items you’re sending back, and you’ll get the return address and instructions straight away.
Prefer to write? Send your order number and details of the item you wish to return to info@deys.dk. We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address, usually the same day.
Return shipping
You cover the cost of return shipping and choose your own carrier. We recommend a tracked service and that you keep the receipt as proof of shipment, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days. We’ll confirm by mail when it’s done.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? The fastest route is to return the original and place a new order. But write to us first, and we’ll make sure the piece you want doesn’t sell out in the meantime.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or a fault shows up within the warranty period, we cover everything, including shipping both ways.
